Efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly

Air source heat pumps

Highly efficient

Cost-effective by converting natural heat into energy.

Works year-round

Even in winter, air source heat pumps perform reliably.

Lower energy costs

Typically cheaper to run than traditional heating systems.

Eco-friendly

Helps reduce your home’s carbon emissions.

A smarter way to heat your home

What is an air source heat pump?

Most traditional heating systems either burn fuel or convert electricity into heat, but air source heat pumps work differently. Instead of generating heat, they extract existing heat energy from the air outside and transfer it into your home.

This makes them a renewable energy source and an extremely efficient solution, producing more heat energy than they consume in electricity. The result? Lower energy bills and a smaller carbon footprint. Visit us in our showroom to find out more.

How do air source heat pumps work?
Absorbing heat

The pump draws in outdoor air, warming refrigerant until it turns into a gas. The gas then heats air or water for your home.

Boosting the temperature

The gas is compressed, increasing its heat energy to a higher, usable level.

Restarting the cycle

The refrigerant cools, turns back into liquid, and the process begins again.

Harnessing natural, sustainable energy solutions to power your home
Tap into the Earth’s natural heat for a sustainable home

Ground source heat pumps

Long-term savings

Estimates savings of up to £2,000* per year.

Reliable heating

Works efficiently in all seasons.

Green energy

Reduces reliance on fossil fuels.

Versatile

Can provide both heating and hot water.

Harness the earth’s energy for efficient heating

What is a ground source heat pump?

Unlike conventional boilers, a ground source heat pump doesn’t burn fuel. Instead, it harnesses heat stored underground to warm your home.

This natural and renewable system ensures consistent heating and hot water, reducing both your bills and environmental impact. Ready to discuss? Head to our showroom to speak with our experts and ask for a quote.

How do ground source heat pumps work?
Capturing underground heat

A network of buried pipes circulates a mixture of water and antifreeze to absorb natural warmth from the ground.

Extracting energy

The warmed liquid passes through a heat exchanger, where the energy is transferred to the heat pump.

Distributing warmth

The extracted heat is used to provide hot water and heating throughout your home.
