“At ACE Green Energy UK, we have a really experienced team. I have personally worked with some of our engineers for over twenty years.
Robert Owen, our site foreman for ACE Green Energy UK and ACE Heating & Cooling Services, was the engineer who took me under his wing as a 17-year-old apprentice. Robert should be happily retired, but he wanted to stay on and help build the company.
I have learnt a lot from Robert about providing and achieving quality workmanship and being dedicated. I have so much respect for him, as he has made me who I am today as an engineer.
Our engineer, Jordan joined ACE as a 17-year-old trainee, Jordan has been with the company for the last 10 years and is now an integral part of the team. He is an excellent engineer who runs his own projects from site level. I can honestly say I would be lost without him; he is a genuine, honest engineer and his workmanship is next level.
What can I say about my right-hand man Warren… Warren is one of the best engineers I have ever worked alongside, Warren is one of those engineers that can put his hands to anything. He is an excellent team leader and people enjoy working alongside him. Warren has been asked many of times to join other companies, but he has stayed to help build ACE Heating and Cooling Service and now ACE Green Energy UK. I am forever grateful to him and everyone else, who have continuously shown me support helping me be in a position to build my company from the ground up.
And now for our administration, accounts, receptionist and all-around hands-on team member Holly. Holly has been with the company for a few years now, she is in office carrying out all our administration duties and HR, a vital role within the company and I appreciate all she does.
We also have a little member of the team, our team mascot Milo. He is my Cavopoo and he is 6 years old and he will be office based at our showroom. He has been to many a job and always manages to put a smile on our customer’s faces.
